Peter began his mineral exploration career with MIMEX in 1993. Initially, he was the senior geophysicist in charge of exploration in the Eastern Succession Province of Mt. Isa, after which he became a member of the Geophysical Services Group. Here he developed and maintained several computer programs, most notably ‘DirtBurglar’, the key MIMDAS acquisition and processing program. At this time he also gained global field exploration experience covering a broad range of commodities and geophysical techniques. In August 2005 he joined the GRS team and continues the development of the MIMDAS system and the improvement of the interpretation of geophysical data.

GARY FALLON is a geophysicist and petrophysicist, and one of the leading coal geophysicists in the country. Gary's input into establishing seismic as a cost-effective planning tool with the Queensland Bowen Basin coal industry has been significant. He provides mines with advice, recommendations and strategies for engaging geophysical solutions to mine technical issues with a focus on reducing operational risk. Gary has managed more than 50% of the 3D seismic surveys undertaken in the Bowen Basin coal industry (to end 2003). In 2003 Gary was awarded the prestigious Bowen Basin Geology Group Leichardt Award for his services to the coal mining industry in Queensland.
Gary was Manager for Coal Geophysics with MIMEX, and latterly with XStrata Coal before establishing Geophysical Resources and Services Pty. Ltd. with other ex MIMEX geophysicists in late 2003.
Jon has had over 10 years working in exploration geophysics, both in field and office based roles in locations such as Ghana, PNG, Peru, Ireland, Solomon Islands and Australia. His role has seen the development of a motivated, conscientious geophysical acquisition company dedicated to safe, efficient results. He has considerable experience in various geophysical techniques especially IP, MT and EM with a solid base in survey services from design to interpretation.
After graduation, Uthai began his career in 2003. He has extensive experience in all areas of electrical geophysics. In various operating and supervising geophysicist roles, he has contributed to multiple projects across North Asia (China, Mongolia), South East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Laos), Australia and Papua New Guinea.
